Terms and Conditions for Digitruinx

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by Digitruinx IT and Multimedia Solutions Private Limited. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

  • Automation Testing: We offer automation testing services using tools like Selenium and Postman. Testing will be performed on client-provided systems and test servers.

  • YouTube Content Creation: We offer content creation services, including scriptwriting, video production, editing, and uploading (optional) for YouTube channels.

3. Payment and Subscription

  • Automation Testing: Hourly rate of ₹2500 per employee.

  • YouTube Content Creation: Payment is made per video or as part of a monthly subscription plan.

    • Plans may include options for different numbers of videos and YouTube shots each month.

Payments are processed via Stripe or PhonePe.

4. Client Data

  • Client-provided data, including name, email, IP address, and payment transaction details, will be used strictly for service delivery and payment processing.

  • Any personal or sensitive client data will be handled with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties unless requested by the client.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content created for YouTube videos is the property of the client once completed. Clients will have full ownership rights over the videos and any other content created.

6. Service Availability and SLA

  • We commit to completing video content and automation testing within the agreed-upon timeframes.

  • Clients may request support for paid services after the testing phase or video creation.

  • Delivery timelines for videos: 3 working days from completion of client approval.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • No refunds will be issued once services have commenced.

  • Clients can cancel services at any time, but they will be responsible for any work completed prior to cancellation.

8. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

  • We will sign NDAs upon request to protect confidential client information, including proprietary data and internal systems.
