Every product we ship needs a UI that doesn't make users reach for a tutorial. You'll design dashboards, onboarding flows, and landing pages for SaaS products used across India. You should know the difference between a design that looks great in Figma and one that actually works in a browser on a ₹8,000 phone.
Our platforms process millions of rows across GST billing, student MCQ attempts, and multi-tenant SaaS data. You'll own schema design, query optimisation, indexing strategy, and migration planning. MySQL is our primary engine — and you should have strong opinions about when not to use it.
We run infrastructure across HostGator, GCP, and Render. We need someone who understands every hop between the browser and the database — DNS, routing, firewalls, load balancers, the lot. You'll harden our infra, set up monitoring, and be the person we call when something breaks silently at 2am.

We're building PrepMint (dgtmint.in) — India's largest MCQ exam-prep platform covering UPSC, SSC, Banking, and 90+ exams. We need SMEs who can write, review, and validate MCQs with real subject authority. You'll work alongside AI-generated drafts and make the final call on accuracy and quality.
PrepMint needs educators who can explain complex exam topics in plain, direct language that actually helps someone pass. You'll create explanatory content, record short-form lessons, and review AI-generated material for how teachable it actually is. Prior coaching or tutoring experience is strongly preferred.
